What type of event was Resurrection: Dr. Ottoman's Workshop?

For the purposes of determining the sliding Build scale (2nd-11th Home event, 12th-23rd Home event etc) Does “Resurrection: Dr. Ottoman’s Workshop”, count as a Home Event, Cross-Network Event, or something else?

For purpose of XP calculation: Home Event.
It follows XP curve and increases Home Game count.

I registered for Ottomans, but wasn’t able to attend. The build still hasn’t shown up in the database. How do I go about getting that build added?
