Fractures can now be tracked in the database, along with the Mind Pool penalty repercussions should they remain unresolved.

- Fractures can be toggled on/off at will. Reuse of previously-resolved Fractures is recommended to keep the list short.
- Fractures, once entered, can not be removed. They can only be resolved or reactivated.
Active Fractures are printed on Character Sheet, along with their Mind Pool penalty
This update will break your existing sessions. Just do hard-refresh, or log-out then log-back-in.
