There has been some confusion as to what constitutes Hooch when required by a print, plot, etc. To be clear Hooch refers to any intoxicating brew. Generic brews do not meet this requirement as they have no mechanical effects. Generic brews are not classified as Hooch and may not be used as a crafting material, such as the Mechanical Fuel System.
